TUI Holly gives these awards to the hundred best resort hotels in the world, selected by their own customers from more than 10,000 establishments among the best international vacation destinations.

Patricio Feier thanked the recognition and remarked the importance of these awards to revalue the sector in Puerto de la Cruz, in particular, and Tenerife in general. He also said that “This is not only recognition in the Canaries, but worldwide” and that “may be equivalent to an Oscar in Hollywood. We must work and further improve services to our customers, but not only in food and beverage; also in increasingly important issues, such as environmental management”, pointed the director of the Hotel Botanico.

This award is in addition to the newly found label “Wellness Delight” granted by the Government of the Canary Islands, which groups the provision of Health and Welfare of the Canary Islands, ensuring that guest services and facilities of the brand are high quality, guaranteed and contrasted. In this regard, the Hotel Botanico 5 * Grand Luxe and The Oriental Spa Garden have been the first facilities in northern Tenerife obtain this stamp.
